Seguramente usted ha escuchado y quizás hasta repetido algo así como -¿ A donde va Vicente? -, con la repuesta inmediata que dice – A donde va la gente- y seguramente algunos de ustedes recibió de parte de su padres, abuelos o maestros el calificativo de contreras y de ir siempre nadando contra de la corriente. ¿Verdad que si?.

Es muy posible que muchos se hallan inclinado por seguir la corriente, probablemente la mayoría prefiere dejarse llevar, es mas fácil y con poco esfuerzo se avanza en el tiempo sin resistirse, hacia donde el torrente los lleve, nada que criticar, nada que cuestionar, tan solo procurar mantenerse a flote o en pie, si se hunde se ahoga y si se cae le pasaran por encima, el destino es incierto pues no existe una meta y si la hay, es la meta de alguien mas no es la de la mayoría, es útil para alguien mas no para si mismo, de vez en cuando alguien los estimulara diciendo -aprendan a vivir sigan el consenso, la mayoría no puede estar equivocada- y esto que ha expresado alguien es tomado por todos como si viniera de la mayoría, lo cierto es que esta posición es mas cómoda y por ello se toma la opción como una verdad.

Unos pocos no confían en dejarse llevar, prefieren confiar en si mismos aunque ello signifique un esfuerzo mucho mayor, tener una meta les da seguridad, entender el entorno les ayuda a sentirse vivos, para ellos pensar es existir, equivocarse es parte del aprendizaje es aprender a levantarse después de caer o aprender a nadar para no ahogarse, para ellos el consenso es una meta a la cual se llega por el camino de la exposición de ideas, el análisis, la discusión con argumento y el respeto.

Al llegar a este mundo todos indistintamente del lugar o la condiciones en la que nos toco nacer, traemos en nuestro equipaje un sin numero de recursos que forman parte de nuestro ser, dentro de esos recursos se encuentran en mayor o menor cantidad los talentos, en algunos casos estos son muchos y se encuentran tan a la vista que logramos descubrirlos y desarrollarlos al poco tiempo de haber llegado; otros aunque traemos muchos esto no vienen tan a al vista y toco revolver y buscar un poco hacia en el fondo hasta que logramos descubrirlos y a partir de ahí empezamos a ponerlos en practica y finalmente estamos quien llegamos con pocos o muchos talentos empero estos se encuentran tan al fondo de nuestra maleta que nos cuestas mucho esfuerzo el poderlos encontrar y lograr desarrollarlos. a la mayoría nos toca regresar sin haberlos descubierto.

El entorno al que nos toco nacer, es importante mas no indispensable, llegar y crecer de la mano de padres y madres responsables, facilitara el que podamos descubrir y desarrollar nuestros talentos a muy temprana edad, lo contrario solo ameritara un mayor esfuerzo.

Una vez que descubrimos los pocos o muchos talentos que poseemos, desarrollarlos no será tarea fácil, pues adicionalmente a las dificultades que podamos tener o no en el entorno familiar, fuera de este nos toca enfrentarnos a un entorno social que casi siempre es hostil, ya sea en el campo u la ciudad; en la Urbanización u barrio en donde nos taco crecer u en la escuela a la que nos toco asistir, siempre nos encontraremos con quienes pretendan que seamos como Vicente, seremos descalificados y objetos de burlas, nos acusaran de ser diferentes, nos marginaran en fin harán todo lo posible por evitar que seamos nosotros mismos. En este momento es cuando optamos por: sentir lastima por nosotros mismos y marginarnos de los demás, tratar de imitar a quienes nos critican en busca de aceptación o aceptar que somos diferentes por naturaleza, que ello no constituye una defecto y que es una realidad natural para todos los seres humano .

El desarrollo de nuestros talentos requiere: valor, aceptación, convicción constancia. Al retornar al lugar de donde vinimos nos llevaremos el resultado de lo que hicimos o no con nuestros pocos o muchos talentos con los cual llegamos : si los desarrollamos y multiplicamos en obras de bien para el mundo ó si no tuvimos el valor de desarrollarlos y optamos por enterrarlos. De eso estará lleno nuestro equipaje de retorno.

La decisión es nuestras y nunca es tarde para rectificar, no hay excusas, somos amos de nuestro destino, solo de todos y   cada uno de nosotros dependen el negarnos a nosotros mismos y ser como Vicente o aceptar que existimos y que tenemos la misión de desarrollar nuestro(s) talento(s) y hacer que se reproduzcan en obras para un mundo mejor.

Surely you have heard and maybe even repeated something like – Where is Vicente? – with the immediate answer that says – Where the people go – and surely some of you received from your parents, grandparents or teachers the qualification of contreras and to always swim against the current. Is that right?

It is very possible that many are inclined to follow the current, probably most prefer to let go, is easier and with little effort is progressed in time without resisting, where the torrent takes them, nothing to criticize, nothing to question, Just try to stay afloat or standing, if you sink drowning and if you fall you will pass over, the destination is uncertain because there is no goal and if there is, it is the goal of someone else is not the majority , It is useful for someone but not for themselves, from time to time someone stimulates them saying «learn to live following the consensus, most can not be wrong» and this has expressed someone is taken by everyone as if it came from the majority , The truth is that this position is more comfortable and therefore the option is taken as a truth.

A few do not trust to let go, they prefer to trust themselves even if it means a much greater effort, having a goal gives them security, understanding the environment helps them feel alive, for them to think is to exist, to err is part of learning is to learn To rise after falling or learn to swim so as not to drown, for them, the consensus is a goal that is reached by the way of exposing ideas, analysis, discussion with argument and respect.

When arriving at this world all indistinctly of the place or the conditions in which we had to be born, we bring in our luggage an innumerable number of resources that are part of our being, within these resources we find in a greater or smaller amount the talents, in Some cases are many and are so in sight that we discover and develop them shortly after having arrived; Others although we bring many this do not come so to the sight and I play revolver and to search a little towards the bottom until we discover them and from there we start to put them into practice and finally we are who arrived with few or many talents however these are so To the bottom of our suitcase you take a lot of effort to find and develop them. Most of us have to go back without having discovered them.

The environment to which we are born, is important but not indispensable, reach and grow from the hand of responsible parents, facilitate the discovery and development of our talents at a very early age, otherwise it will merit more effort.

Once we discover the few or many talents that we possess, developing them will not be an easy task, because in addition to the difficulties we may or may not have in the family environment, outside this we have to face a social environment that is almost always hostile, Whether in the country or in the city; In the Urbanization or neighborhood where we grow up in the school we attend, we will always meet those who pretend that we are like Vincent, we will be disqualified and mocked, accuse us of being different, marginalized us in the end Do everything possible to prevent us from being ourselves. At this moment it is when we choose to: feel sorry for ourselves and marginalize others, try to imitate those who criticize us for acceptance or accept that we are different by nature, that this is not a defect and is a natural reality For all human beings.

The development of our talents requires: courage, acceptance, perseverance conviction. When we return to where we came from we will take the result of what we did or did not with our few or many talents with which we arrived: if we develop and multiply in works of good for the world or if we did not have the courage to develop them and we chose For burial. That will be full of our luggage return.

The decision is ours and it is never late to rectify, there are no excuses, we are masters of our destiny, only each and every one of us depends on denying ourselves and being like Vincent or accepting that we exist and that we have the mission to develop Our talent (s) and make them reproduce in works for a better world.
